Hercules bin 240 L

EUROPLAST recycling container made of HDPE with reinforced, spring-loaded and patented comb bar. Extra strong design with high wall thickness and reinforced axle bearing for particularly high loads. With rib and spring construction, also suitable for side loaders and grabber emptying. The enlarged inner radius facilitates emptying, while the chip nest and three different wheel sizes complete this container.

• The spring-loaded comb areas absorb shocks that occur during emptying, significantly reducing comb breakage compared to standard versions
• The double bar design significantly increases comb strength in the critical area
• Increased wall thickness at the ribs and radii, as well as at particularly stressed and critical points, prevents breakage and extends the container’s lifespan
• The vertical ribs act as suspension against impacts on the front side, while the horizontal ribs stiffen the container and prevent the hourglass effect
• Enlarged radii at the bottom prevent adhesion of bulk material
• The stainless steel locking bar ensures secure locking of the lid
• The rubber seal provides protection against unpleasant odors and escaping material
• Side ventilation holes reduce anaerobic decomposition processes
• The bio-grid, free of corrosion-prone metal parts, serves to separate excess liquids
• The axle suspension is designed as a double rib. The offset arrangement increases the strength of the suspension through better force distribution
